Abhilash Somashekaran is an experienced agile certified business analyst and product owner with over 11 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, consulting, and project and product solutions and delivery. He has solid expertise in software development life cycle (SDLC) from gathering requirements, design, liaison with offshore and onshore teams, testing, implementation, and production support for multiple projects using agile and waterfall methodologies. Abhilash is currently working as an Assistant Manager (Lead Consultant) in Digital Transformation Services at Genpact. He is driving value by creating a comprehensive engagement platform for the client to provide customers with efficient, personalized, and robust experiences. He leads design and prototyping sessions for the implementation of chatbots, intelligent automation (RPA), digital transformation, reporting, and visualization projects.
